Deputy Minister

Hon. Julius Tabuley Daniel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education (BA-Ed). He currently serves as the Deputy Minister in the Ministry of Public Service and Human Resource Development (MoPS&HRD), where he supports the leadership and strategic direction of the Ministry in strengthening public service systems and institutional development.

In his role as Deputy Minister, Hon. Julius Tabuley Daniel contributes to policy oversight, administrative reforms, and the advancement of initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, accountability, and service delivery within the public sector. He remains committed to promoting effective governance and supporting the Ministry’s mandate of building a professional and capable civil service.
