Ministry’s Overview
The Ministry of Public Service and Human Resource Development (MoPS&HRD) is the central government institution mandated to build, manage, and sustain the capacity of the Public Service of the Republic of South Sudan. The Ministry plays a pivotal role in ensuring that public institutions are effective, efficient, accountable, and capable of delivering quality services to citizens.
MoPS & HRD provides leadership in public service policy formulation, institutional development, and human resource management, thereby strengthening governance and enhancing service delivery across all government entities.
